MY STORY
Sheritha Chambliss, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, Ed has a background in mental health and family practice, along with experience working in various setting such as Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Family health, Education, and Psychiatric Mental Health.
Her passion for giving back to the community comes from having worked as a registered nurse and seeing individuals lack the medical and mental health services they need due to illiteracy, lack of social support, and lack of community resources. She has a passion for helping individuals improve their access to health care services.
Christie's Family Health LLC provides her the opportunity to serve as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, with a goal of impacting the lives of individuals and their families to help reduce stigma attached to mental health illnesses, improve overall physical health that will promote change, increase knowledge, and patient outcomes.
