Sheritha decided to pursue a career in mental health after working as a registered nurse in several underserved communities. She witnessed a lack of support and community resources during these experiences, which inspired her to help less fortunate populations receive quality mental health care.
As a mental health nurse practitioner with over 20 years of health care experience, Sheritha specializes in diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions. She’s knowledgeable in a wide range of conditions and often helps patients with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and medication management.
Sheritha uses a patient-centered treatment approach that combines counseling, healthy lifestyle changes, and prescription medication (when needed).
She’s caring and compassionate and develops personalized treatment plans that promote general well-being and happier, healthier outlooks. This systemic treatment approach provides lasting relief from uncomfortable symptoms while promoting change and desired outcomes.
Sheritha loves getting to know her patients. She speaks English and Spanish fluently, empowering her to serve the practice’s diverse clientele.
